I would consider myself fairly picky when it comes to deciding who to go with for tours. I travel a lot and always do a ton of research. In looking into the options so my husband and I could get the best mnt biking ride offered on the island, I was initially reluctant to go with this outfit as their prices were a little bit more, but then I decided that this would be money well spent, and was I right 100%. These guys were amazing and treated us so well; their customer service was outstanding!!! It was clear they are serious about mnt biking, but also really care most that their customers are happy. We went out for a full day of downhill riding and they took us down some very technical rides, which is exactly what we wanted and asked for. They pride themselves on safety and having fun, and showing us the best time ever. This tour was the highlight of the trip, and next time we come back we will book with them for multiple day. As stated, if your coming here to ride, its worth the money to be in the hands of these guys, afterall you get what you pay for, and in this case I think it could be unsafe and very disappointing to go with folks who are not experts. In fact, at the end of the day, I felt we got a really good deal considering all that went into the day! Thanks guys, we will be back!!!!
